About Anetra
Anetra Parker is a survivor, author, and journaling guide with 25 years of lived experience healing from sexual trauma. She teaches survivors how to use the written word as a sacred tool — for processing pain, reclaiming their voice, and writing the next chapter of their lives on their own terms.
She speaks not from a curriculum but from the page she has lived. Her approach is warm, trauma-informed, and anchored in the belief that every survivor already holds the wisdom they need — the page gives it a container to emerge.
She is also a serial entrepreneur, NLP Master Level Practitioner, and holds a Master of Science in Strategy & Entrepreneurship from SMU. She works at the intersection of the professional, spiritual, and physical — because healing one unlocks the others.
Her debut book, Healing Through Journaling: A 90-Day Companion for Survivors Recovering from Sexual Trauma, releases October 2026.

A deeply personal keynote tracing Anetra's journey from decades of silence to radical honesty on the page. Survivors, advocates, and faith communities discover how writing through trauma — not around it — becomes the beginning of real healing.
Why writing what you can't say out loud is one of the most powerful acts of healing. Practical prompts and grounding tools drawn directly from Anetra's 90-Day book. Attendees leave with something they can use tonight.
Unprocessed trauma doesn't just live in the body — it lives in the career ceiling, the creativity you can't access, the boundaries you can't hold. This session explores how healing the inner life unlocks the outer one.
Sessions from 20 minutes to full-day workshops. Virtual and in-person.
